I am so proud and happy to be able to share with you my fruit of hard work, love and passion and definitely dedication. I have been working on this cookbook since 2009 and I I feel so very accomplished by having completed it. The recipes that you will find in the book are ones that I have worked on for years perfecting the ingredients, the flavor profile, and everything in between. There are some classics, made my way and there are many overlapping recipes that you can change by one simple ingredient.
I also provide tips and tricks that I learned in culinary school that I live by and have really helped me as a chef. I hope you enjoy my cook book and that you are so happy with the results that you share some photos with me.
